A-01 Our business
Two businesses
under one roof
Neotehnika is both a foundry and a metal wholesale business. One handles the parts you can't find, the other provides the material you need today.
A-02 Bronze alloys
Four types,
one standard
We cast tin, aluminum, lead, and special bronzes. The alloys meet the main international standards — pick a type to see the labels and uses.
Tin bronze
The bulk of our production. It combines wear and corrosion resistance with good sliding properties, making it the first choice for plain bearings, bushings and sleeves in heavy-duty conditions.
- CuSn14
- CuSn12
- CuSn10
- CuSn8
- CuSn6
- Density
- 8.8 g/cm³

Aluminium bronze
Higher mechanical strength and exceptional corrosion resistance. The choice when loads are high and the environment is aggressive — seawater, chemicals, high temperatures.
- CuAl9
- CuAl10Fe3
- CuAl10Fe5Ni5
- CuAl11Fe6Ni5
- Density
- 7.6 g/cm³
- Strength
- Very high
- Corrosion resistance
- Exceptional
- Typical use
- Gears
Lead bronze
The lead in its structure acts as a built-in lubricant. The alloy tolerates poorer lubrication and high speeds, so it is used where a bearing must withstand shock loads.
- CuPb5Sn
- CuPb10Sn10
- CuPb15Sn8
- CuPb20Sn5
- CuPb20
- Density
- 9.2 g/cm³
- Self-lubrication
- High
- Impact loads
- Good
- Typical use
- Slide strips
Special bronzes
When a standard alloy does not meet the requirements, we cast to your specification. Send us technical documentation or a sample — we confirm feasibility, select the casting process and give a lead time.

How much does
your part weigh
Choose the cross-section, material and dimensions — you get an approximate mass. Eleven shapes: from round bar and tube to L, U and I sections.

A-04 Casting methods
Three processes,
chosen per part
We choose the method according to shape, batch size and the required mechanical properties — not the other way round.
Centrifugal casting
2/3 of productionCentrifugal force distributes the molten metal along the wall of a water-cooled mould. The casting has a fine-grained, homogeneous structure, needs no core and has a minimal machining allowance.
Permanent-mould casting
solid barsGravity casting into metal moulds. We use it for solid sections, where the centrifugal process cannot be applied. Quality depends on the mould design and the pouring rate.
Sand casting
to patternFor shaped castings of complex geometry, to the customer's pattern and drawing. We handle one-off and series production alike.
Delivery of castings
We supply bronze rough-machined with a 2 mm allowance, machined to final size, or as fully finished bearing bushings and slide strips to the customer's technical documentation. For sudden breakdowns, overhauls or missing spare parts, we cut the lead time to 24 hours.

A-06 How we work
From drawing
to delivery
Six steps, in the same order, for every job — whether it is a one-off or a batch.
Inquiry and documentation
Send a drawing, a sample or just the size and alloy. If you have no documentation, simply describe where the part goes.
Technical review
We select the alloy and casting process based on the load, speed and environment in which the part operates. We confirm feasibility and lead time.
Casting or stock
Standard sizes are kept in stock and delivered immediately. Made-to-order sizes can be cast as early as the same day.
Machining
Rough machining with a 2 mm allowance, machining to final size, or a fully finished part to your drawing.
Inspection and certification
Alloys are tested and certified. Each delivery comes with material quality documentation.
Delivery
We deliver throughout Serbia. In the event of a breakdown, an overhaul or a missing spare part, we cut the lead time to 24 hours.
A-07 Where our bronze works
Our castings and semi-finished products are fitted in heavy machinery and production systems — including the defence industry, one of the most demanding.
A-08 About us
Twenty-five
years in the same trade
Neotehnika was founded in 1999 in Novi Sad as a privately owned company. We trade in non-ferrous and ferrous metals, and we own a modern plant producing bronze for plain bearings, bushings, sleeves and gears — to customers' requirements and technical documentation.
We chose a narrow segment of foundry work and metallurgy and specialised in it. Our development is based on employing young people, expanding our product range and raising the quality of our products and services.
tonnes of bronze and bronze parts delivered over twenty years of business
justified complaints across all quantities delivered
tonnes of non-ferrous metals always available in stock
years of continuous business on the Serbian market
