Bronze foundry
Our own plant in Novi Sad, specialised exclusively in bronze casting — solid and hollow bars from Ø20 to Ø500 mm, in three casting methods and four alloy families.
B-01 What we do
One narrow specialism,
done all the way
We chose one narrow branch of foundry work — bronze casting — and specialised in it. We cast solid and hollow bars in the range Ø20 to Ø500 mm. Standard sizes are kept in stock and delivered immediately, and non-standard sizes we can cast within the same day.
Where downtime costs the most — a sudden breakdown, an overhaul, a spare part that is unavailable — we cut the lead time to 24 hours. That is the most common reason customers call us for the first time.
B-02 Casting methods
Three processes,
chosen per part
We choose the technology based on the shape, series, and required mechanical properties.
Centrifugal casting
2/3 of productionCentrifugal force distributes the molten metal along the wall of a water-cooled mould. The casting has a fine-grained, homogeneous structure, no core is required and the machining allowance is minimal. Tensile strength, hardness, yield strength and elongation are better than with other processes.
Permanent-mould casting
solid barsGravity casting into metal moulds. We use it for solid sections, where the centrifugal process cannot be applied. Casting quality depends on the mould design and the pouring rate.
Sand casting
to patternFor shaped castings of complex geometry, to the customer's pattern and drawing. We handle one-off and series production alike.

B-06 Dimensions and delivery
For measurements or preliminary measurements
| Delivery | Condition of the piece | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Rough-machined | Machining allowance 2 mm | Finish machining by the customer |
| To final size | Finished size to drawing | Tolerances to the customer's documentation |
| Fully finished | Bearing bushing, slide strip | Ready for installation |
| Standard sizes | From stock | Immediate delivery |
| Non-standard sizes | Made to order | Often cast the same day |
| Breakdown and overhaul | Emergency response | Lead time 24 h |
Inspection and certification
We test and certify our alloys with an optical emission spectrometer. Each delivery comes with material quality documentation. Across more than 1,000 tonnes of bronze delivered, justified complaints amounted to 1.5%.

B-11 Inquiry
Send us a drawing, we'll send a quote
Dimensions and alloy are enough. If you have no documentation, describe where the part goes — we will suggest the alloy and casting method. For breakdowns, call us directly.
